Founded in Diamond Harbour in 2022, practising first from Diamond Harbour School to the current venue of the Diamond Harbour Community hall, the JKS Shotokan karate provides a family-focused, safe environment for karate students. As part of the global network of JKS Shotokan, we offer seminars and coaching days with senior global karate sensei (teachers) to support the regular classes for all abilities.
There are many reasons why students study karate; our objective is to provide a pathway for your journey. The important aspect however, is to START! You have now run out of reasons not to try karate. We are local here in Diamond Harbour, your first two sessions are trials and are free and you don't have buy any gear. Get in touch or turn up to class.
The Dojo is where the practice of karate is undertaken. Their are expectations of those that enter the Dojo, as students, teachers, spectators, parents and visitors. At its core is a value system that are the very pillars of Karate.
